Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation (RCO)

The AutoKAT combines the advantages of the RTO (highly efficient CTP honeycomb heat exchanger) with those of catalytic oxidation (halving of reaction temperature). The AutoKAT is a trend-setting, very cost-effective alternative to common regenerative thermal oxidisers (RTO).

• High destruction efficiency (> 98 %)
• Thermal efficiency > 95 %
• Extremely low autothermal point of < 500 mg/Nm³
• Very low operating costs
• Oxidation without formation of NOx (e.g. removal of NH₃)

Field of application:

• For very low oxygen content of the waste gases
• For clearly specified raw gas composition only
